‘Welcome to the world of automation technology!’

36 young people started their training or dual study programme at the Neunburg automation specialist F.EE on 2 September.

‘For me, this is one of the best events of the year,’ said a delighted F.EE HR Manager Udo Starck as he welcomed 36 new members to the F.EE family on 2 September 2024. He also thanked the “newcomers”, who were accompanied by their parents to the company headquarters in Neunburg, for the trust they have placed in the Group by opting for an apprenticeship or dual study programme at F.EE and promised that the entire workforce, including the trainers, would do everything they could to give tomorrow's specialists the best possible start to their careers. He promised that the entire workforce, including the trainers, would do everything in their power to give the skilled workers of tomorrow the best possible start to their careers.

Udo Starck then took the 100 or so attendees on a tour of the company, accompanied by videos and a factory tour for the parents, into the ‘world of automation technology’, which is particularly diverse at F.EE thanks to its broad positioning with four business divisions and promising job profiles. This was once again evident at this year's welcoming event: 28 young people opted for an apprenticeship in the vocational fields of electronics/electrical engineering, precision mechanics, mechatronics, technical product design, IT and commercial administration and eight young people began their dual studies in the fields of mechatronics, industrial engineering and electrical and information technology.

Udo Starck also presented the many benefits that F.EE has to offer as a regional training company. On top of earnings of up to 1,150 euros in the first year of training, there is a monthly voucher card as well as Christmas, additional and holiday bonuses. Other benefits at the Neunburg automation specialist include a trainee car, bike leasing, subsidised lunch in the company canteen and a variety of company events.

The starters were able to see this for themselves in the very first week: in addition to a ‘meet and greet’ with the management and getting to know the company as part of a company tour, the new trainees and dual students were also taken on a trip to BMW in Dingolfing and to the ‘International Team Training Course’ in Waldmünchen.

F.EE is also offering a wide range of apprenticeships and dual study programmes for the 2025 launch, for which the application phase has already begun
