fe.screen-sim
3D simulation software for virtual commissioning
fe.screen-simfacilitates the planning, simulation and virtual commissioning of complex conveyance plants and other industrial systems. It is not necessary to switch between processing and simulation mode, and the system also impresses with its high performance and multi-user capability.
Version 5 of the simulation tool will be released soon. With the new version, the software is setting new standards - including in terms of performance and photorealistic visualisation of digital twins.

fe.screen-analytics – the cost-effective and fast software solution for getting started with networked production – increases your system's effectiveness on a sustainable basis. In addition to data logging, modules for visualization, value monitoring and energy management are part of the Industrial Internet tool.

Production data management for greater efficiency
fe.screen-mes was developed to specifically improve the transparency and economic efficiency of production processes. It includes a fault indication system and logbook, as well as component tracking and target-performance-comparisons for production, e.g. unit quantities, system availability, cycle times.
fe.screen-sdm
Screw data logging and process control
fe.screen-sdm ensures complete process control and screw data management in the production cycle. The features include screw program filtering, the connection of a quality data server and rework stations, as well as control of multiple cycles via a PC.
fe.screen-view
Process visualisation and production monitoring
fe.screen-view supports a wide range of industrial communication standards, such as OPC, PROFIBUS, MPI, SIMATIC S7, ISO 8073 and Modbus-TCP and ensures production monitoring through seamless trend recording and presentation. It is intuitive to use, can be optimally adapted and is equipped with diverse notification routes in the event of a fault: SMS, phone call, e-mail, etc.

Intelligent building control and management system
Based on standardised and proven automation components, fe.screen-fcs ensures holistic building automation and the central control of all building functions, such as lighting, shutters, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, as well as access control and time recording.
