The company division for automation robotics realises complex automation solutions - from planning right through to final assembly. In addition to the worldwide automobile and supplying industry, small and medium-sized businesses in a wide range of sectors also count among the customers of this division. A significant percentage of our production components are CNC milled parts produced in house.
Our tasks for you
Production of milled single and small series production parts from steel, aluminium and plastic; if necessary also large part machining (with process lengths of up to 16 m).
You operate and program modern 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling centres with Heidenhain controls.
The programs for all complex assemblies are produced with CAM programming, and can be further optimised or adjusted if necessary on the milling machine.
Your profile
Successfully completed industrial/technical training - e.g. as a milling technician, cutting machine operator, precision or tool mechanic.
A number of years of practical experience in the operation and programming of multi-axis CNC milling centres - ideally with Heidenhain control.
Willing to work in 3-shift operation.
