Markus Huber, IHK branch manager of the Schwandorf district, paid a visit to the F.EE group of companies on the occasion of their 40th anniversary and presented a certificate of honor to the management on behalf of the IHK Regensburg as well as the business community in the IHK Schwandorf district. "By celebrating 40 years here at the Neunburg site, another milestone has been added to your impressive and unparalleled company history," began
Huber his laudatory speech, adding, "From a one-man operation to a globally active company with more than 1,000 employees - a success story that until now you only heard about in the USA. But such success stories are also written here in the Upper Palatinate - by companies like F.EE, which feel connected to their origin, the region as well as the people and also exemplify this." In this context, the IHK office manager referred to both the investments made by F.EE in the home location and the regional jobs created, including the more than 500 skilled workers who completed an apprenticeship or a dual study program at the automation specialist, which is one of the German market leaders, in the past four decades. He wished the company and its employees all the best and much success for the future. F.EE Managing Director Hans Fleischmann expressed his thanks for the words of praise and pointed out that the company's long existence was largely due to the commitment, motivation and cohesion of its employees. "This was also evident at the career information day held for the first time on the occasion of the company's anniversary, where the F.EE range of services was presented by the employees in an impressive manner. Due to the positive feedback, it will certainly not have been the last day of this kind at F.EE", Fleischmann said. He concluded by referring to the wide range of career opportunities and the total of 14 training and study courses that will be offered at F.EE when it starts in 2023.
