The series of the best in the annual study by "Deutschland Test" and the business magazine "Focus Money" reads like the Who's Who of industry. A large proportion of the groups and large medium-sized companies in Germany appear in the results lists of the comparison of the 20,000 companies with the highest number of employees and were assessed in terms of training quality with regard to aspects such as training success, qualifications and grades, training remuneration, training rate and additional offers and support programmes for trainees. The result 2018 in the category automation technology gives now in Neunburg v. W. large cause for joy. The F.EE company group is the winner in it's category and may now decorate itself with this Germany-wide award.

"We were able to score points in the study with several aspects," says F.EE founder Hans Fleischmann happily. "Our success rate in training is 99.5 percent and above all our additional offers, such as the mentoring program and courses on social skills and health and nutrition, may have made the difference in the end. We are very pleased in any case and want to try to improve the high standard even further and to extend the lead even further".

The details of the test

The overall result was calculated on an industry-specific scale of 0 to 100 meters. The respective industry winners received the maximum score of 100 points. In doing so, they set the benchmark for the other participants.

The list of results is available online at http://www.deutschlandtest.de/ausbildung.

The questionnaire contained the following points: Number of employees in Germany on a full-time basis, number of trainees in Germany, training in individual federal states, company sector, apprentices' school-leaving certificates, separate support programme, training in connection with vocational qualification studies, mentors for trainees, remuneration, additional benefits for trainees, successful completion of trainees, graduation according to grades and proportion of trainees taken on. The study was scientifically accompanied by Prof. Dr. Werner Sarges (Helmut Schmidt University and Institute for Management Diagnostics Hamburg).
