Friedrich Wink, Head of the Commercial Inspectorate at the government of the Upper Palatinate, took the opportunity to visit the F.EE Group together with his co-worker Claus Hackelsperger on the occasion of the OHIRIS-Certification, which was again successful after 2014 and to hand over the corresponding certificate personally to company founder Hans Fleischmann.
OHRIS (abbreviation for Occupational Health and Risk-Managementsystem) – and therefore work safety – primarily concerns the management and should never be an end in itself, Wink explained in his brief speech. “Extremely low accident rates for a company that is as much expanding as yours show that F.EE is here on a perfect path and has an exemplary working environment protection”, the Head of the Commercial Inspectorate said.
Hans Fleischmann expressed his appreciation for the excellent cooperation with the business partners of the Commercial Inspectorate and explicitly pointed out the importance of that topic for the company with meanwhile 1000 employees. “We take work safety seriously and want to do everything right here.” Having no accidents is very important. “It is not just that we want to satisfy our customers day by day as best as possible, but also the way to get there – i.e. the awareness of responsibility towards employees and also the nature and the handling of resources. This is part of active company philosophy”, Fleischmann added.
Finally, Josef Wagner, Richard Hungler und Jürgen Schmitzer (responsible team for OHRIS at F.EE) pointed out that the topic of occupational health and plant safety offers new challenges and approaches for improvement every day. The CEO also thanked them very much.
