On September 1, 39 of tomorrow's specialists embarked on what HR Manager Udo Starck described as a "secure professional future with one of Germany's market leaders in manufacturing and automation technology. 33 young people decided for a training in the professions electronics, precision mechanics, technical product design, computer science, warehouse logistics as well as commercial administration. In addition, F.EE welcomed six dual students in the fields of mechatronics, industrial engineering, computer science as well as electrical engineering and information technology.
Udo Starck welcomed the "new ones" together with their parents and presented the broad F.EE portfolio. In addition, he referred to the high quality of training at F.EE: "With us, you will learn everything that you will need in your later professional life - and that in a practical way using real projects". The personnel manager was particularly pleased to be able to announce the increase in salaries for trainees and dual students that came into effect in the middle of the year. Even in the first year of training, trainees can earn up to 1,150 euros. On top, there are further trainee benefits, such as a monthly voucher card, inflation compensation bonus, Christmas, additional and vacation pay, as well as bike leasing and - brand new - the "F.EE trainee car".
A varied program awaited the new apprentices and dual students in the first week. In addition to a joint lunch with the management, they also went to Dingolfing to visit the BMW factory there and to the "International Team Training Parcours" in Waldmünchen.
